Dr Louise Gaffney Wilkinson

Dr. Gaffney Wilkinson graduated in BioMedical Sciences in 2010 from Southampton University, U.K. In 2011, she graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a Masters degree in Medical Science.

She attended Southampton University Medical School on the Graduate Entry Scheme to Medicine, and graduated in 2015. She completed her Foundation Training Years 1 and 2 in Poole Hospital, U.K.

​

After moving to Ireland in 2018, she then completed 4 years of GP training on the South East GP Training Scheme, graduating with MICGP in 2022. 

​

She has worked in the Walsh Medical Practice since 2022, and became a Partner in 2025. 

​

She enjoys all aspects of General Practice, with a particular passion and focus for education.
